We also store basic technical data such as cookies, authentication session identifiers, IP-address-based activity logs for job views and external application tracking, and email preference settings.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate users through Firebase, publish jobs, deliver applications to employers, let employers review resumes, support in-app messaging, send transactional emails, and monitor misuse or abuse of the service.

Resume uploads and generated profile resumes are used only to support job applications, employer review, and candidate profile management inside SkyBound Jobs.

How Information Is Shared

Candidate information is shared with employers only when a candidate applies to a job or participates in an application conversation. Employers and approved company team members with job access may review the submitted resume, profile snapshot, cover note, and related messages.

We use service providers to operate the platform, including Firebase for authentication and Resend for email delivery. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Data Retention and Security

We retain account, application, and employer posting records for as long as they remain necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform rules. Uploaded resumes may remain attached to submitted applications even if the original resume is no longer editable.

We use authentication, access controls, logging, and transport protections to help secure user data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can update your profile, manage uploaded resumes, control certain email preferences, and contact us to request account support. Some data may remain in system records or employer-facing application history where needed to preserve marketplace integrity and recordkeeping.
