Effective April 17, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of SkyBound Jobs by job seekers, employers, company team members, and administrators. By using the service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your account, and use Firebase-backed authentication to access protected workflows. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping credentials secure.
SkyBound Jobs may suspend or disable access for misuse, fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal compliance reasons.
Job Seekers
Job seekers may create profiles, upload resumes, generate resume content from profile data, apply to jobs, and communicate with employers through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your profile, resume, certifications, and application materials are accurate and lawful to share.
Employers and Company Members
Employers and authorized company members may publish jobs, review applications, view resumes submitted to accessible jobs, manage application status, and communicate with applicants. You may only access applicant information for legitimate hiring purposes tied to jobs you are authorized to manage.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and non-discriminatory nature of their job postings and hiring activity.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to post unlawful content, harvest personal information, circumvent access controls, interfere with the platform, impersonate others, or send spam, abuse, or misleading hiring communications.
Content and Platform Rights
You retain responsibility for the content you submit, but you grant SkyBound Jobs the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content in order to operate the marketplace and related hiring workflows.
SkyBound Jobs retains all rights in the service itself, including software, branding, site content, and operational data other than user-submitted content.
Disclaimers and Liability
SkyBound Jobs provides the platform on an as-available basis and does not guarantee job placement, candidate quality, employer responsiveness, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages actually caused by a breach of these Terms.
Changes and Contact
SkyBound Jobs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be directed through the support or contact information provided by the service.
